What is an Unreal Authorized Service Partner?

Unreal Authorized Service Partners are businesses and individuals who are able to provide the highest level of technical support, implementation, and co-dev services to current and prospective Unreal Engine customers.

 

Why do we have a Service Partner program?

Every day, our customers all over the world are creating new and innovative projects. While adoption and use of UE is growing, so is the need for technical support. In order to better serve our customers' support needs, we have launched the Unreal Authorized Service Partner Program.

How can I be part of the Program? 

The UE Authorized Service Partner Program is currently in an early phase. We are building out the program with a few select partners and hope to extend it broadly in the future. If you have worked with Epic before, please reach out to your existing contacts for more info.

To be connected with a Service Partner, please reach out to ue-services-partners-online@epicgames.com.
  • At this time, the Service Partner program is by invitation only; however, in the future, we plan to have an open, public application. If you feel you meet the qualifications listed below, you should reach out to your existing Epic contacts for an invitation to apply. Once invited, you will complete a detailed application, skills assessment, and technical interviews before you are accepted into the program.

Candidates should be:
  • Helpful, honest, and creative problem solvers with a willingess to share their knowledge
  • Excellent tool builders / project optimizers
  • Experts in their industry

Team requirements:
  • Teams must have internal senior level Unreal Engine talent with a median of four years of UE experience.
  • Each of the hands-on team members should have demonstrated experience in delivering at least four UE projects.
  • The team's portfolio should show consistently excellent quality UE work.
