This is a high quality modular house pack with 20 fully exterior-only houses for Unreal engine and optimized for Lumen.
Everything is textured with CC0 (copyright free) textures and modeled by me.

The file uses less than 4gb of ram and runs well.
The houses have their origin on the same level as the first step of the porch stairs

Performance:
Lumen is being used to generate the LODs. The conventional LOD method used substantially more ram.
The project as shown in the video and images uses less than 4GB of ram.
Collision:
Collision is generated in Unreal with optimised settings. They are optimized for background objects with collision (like assets for a car game)
Hierarchy:
Every object and dataset is correctly named and categorized (both in the outliner and in the folder structure).
Textures:
Everything is textured with CC0 (copyright free) textures.

Collision:
Collision is generated in Unreal with optimized settings. They are optimized for background objects with collision (like assets for a car game)
Vertex Count:
Assets range from 237,243 to 7,803,676 vertices. When using these assets, these numbers are drastically reduced because Nanite is enabled.

LODs: Nanite is being used for LODs (by default these houses are imported with the default ‘’HighDetail’’ setting for LODGroup.
