Epic Bootcamp 2023: Animation applications open now for European and Middle Eastern artists

If you want to learn real-time animation, you have options. Especially if you live in Europe!

Today, we’re pleased to announce that after a successful run in Latin America, Epic Bootcamp 2023: Animation is coming to European and Middle Eastern artists, so they can start unleashing their real-time creativity in Unreal Engine right away.

And not a moment too soon. From all accounts, the animation industry is making real-time their next order of business, with several successful projects already seeing the light of day.

With Epic Bootcamp 2023: Animation, you’ll be able to ride that wave using a four-week, online course to go from real-time novice to real-time animator in no time at all. This free program is led by Unreal Authorized Training Partner UTHub, with support from Epic Games, INCAS (Germany), Promoteo-Lab (Italy), Game Ready (Israel), and ObjectIF3D (France). So basically, you’re in good hands.
Please note: this course is for 3D professionals. You don’t need to have any experience with Unreal Engine, however it’s also not a bad thing to explore before we start. We have many free lessons on the Epic Dev Community for anyone that wants to learn on their own.

Once you’re in the class, you’ll see how to integrate real-time workflows into actual projects, as you move from the basics to higher-level skills.

The course also includes:
  • A combination of live-led and hands-on instruction
  • A unique learning path that fast tracks you in the Unreal Engine animation workflow
  • A conveniently remote schedule
  • A capstone project that you can use as a portfolio piece
  • Instruction in English only

Epic Bootcamp 2023: Animation runs from July 17 ᠆ August 11, 2023, with classes starting at 9:00 AM CET (summer time).
